NGO Academy Membership

NGO Academy supports civil society organisations in the CEE region through capacity building. Our focus lies on the support of organisations that have an impact on underserved populations and address overlooked social issues. Thanks to the support of ERSTE Foundation around 600 organisations have had the opportunity to join the NGO Academy network in the past years. ERSTE Foundation, Erste Bank as well as renowned scholars and experts identified these organisations as eligible for scholarship.

What does NGO Academy offer?

NGO Academy Member Organisations and their employees are eligible for the NGO Academy’s Capacity Building Programmes, namely the Regional Programme, the Community-Led Events, the Social Innovation and Management Programme and the Master of Science in Social Innovation and Management. More than 45 workshops and other interactive formats convey up-to-date and hands-on knowledge each year. Organisations from 14 countries are part of our network and share their experiences and knowledge. It is the numerous participants of the NGO Academy and their valuable inputs and perspectives that make the programmes what they are: a learning journey that is supported by an extensive network of creators and practitioners.

How can my organisation apply?

In order to sustain a dynamic and active network, we take in further organisations in irregular intervals. If you wish to become part of the NGO Academy Network, we are looking forward to getting to know you and your organisation.

Once NGO Academy has admitted your organisation, you and your organisation’s staff will be informed about upcoming programmes and invited to register for offers in the Regional Programme and to apply for the Social Innovation and Management Programme and the organisation of a Community-Led Event.

We kindly ask you to carefully read NGO Academy’s eligibility and selection criteria before submitting your application. Should you have any additional questions, please contact us via info@ngoacademy.net.
