For our ninth NGO Academy Member Story, we talked to Eva Esih, the co-founder of PsyBit. PsyBit is a social enterprise based in Slovenia, which aims to improve the quality of workspaces, to increase the objectivity in recruiting and decrease stress and burnout among employees.

In our short interview, Eva told us about the motivation behind founding PsyBit, how the Social Innovation and Management Programme helped her in her professional life and why everyday, she wakes up 15 minutes earlier than necessary.
